Up for sale is a gorgeous, antique sterling silver tea caddy or dresser jar made by fine American silver maker, William Kerr. The top features a beautiful lady and cherubs surrounded by flowers. This is a gorgeous, high quality antique piece.
The tea caddy measures 2 7/8\" tall and has a diameter of 2\". The bottom is clearly marked \"Sterling 193\" with the William Kerr axe hallmark. The jar has a monogram of \"SKW\". It is in overall excellent condition, with no splits, holes or repairs. The jar is in near mint condition with just a couple of very very tiny dings. The jar weighs 1.9 regular ounces.
