3. I ship every other weekday by USPS or FedEx ground (whichever is more economical). If you have a special shipping request, I will try to honor it. Also, I reuse boxes and packing materials to keep costs down (and recycle). If you want new materials I am happy to use such for an additional charge.
4. I will always combine shipping if it is to the benefit of my customers. I charge exact calculated shipping costs on most items. If you purchase multiple items in one day, wait for an adjusted invoice before paying.
