Superb 1920s Chinese Export Solid Silver Cigarette Case
Description -Rare Chinese rectangular solid silver large size cigarette case, slightly concave in shape with hinged lid and push button clasp.
The case has an admirable hand engraved fishing scene with fishermen and buildings surrounded by two Chinese dragons, there is also a vacant cartouche.
The interior has \"SOUVENIR STERLING SILVER\", the cigarette case has been silver tested and is of a high grade 925+ grade silver, the cigarette case has its original retention strap.
Condition -The case is in excellent condition, there are no dents, dinks, splits, holes and repairs.
The engraving is in fantastic condition with no wear or rubbing, the hinge and clasp are in excellent working order clicking the cigarette case shut nice and tight.
Dimensions & Weight -The cigarette case is14.5cm wide x 7.7cm long, the weight is 164 grams.
