An WW1 ORIGINAL British Army Officer\'s Helmet in the KSLI (King\'s Shropshire Light Infantry) complete with fragile lining (loose) and broken Original Chinstrap in totally \"as found\" condition.
Shell stamped \"HS 479\", in original finish, together with Original Officer\'s Bronzed KSLI cap badge attached.
Lining complete but very worn (The helmet is over 100 years old).
Broken Leather chinstrap present and marked with the owners name \"W.Rutt er\". (2 parts)(The Rutter\'s were a very prominent Shropshire Family and worth further research)
A REALLY REMARKABLE FIND IN 2017.
