Embroidered service stripes directly onto uniform. RARE number 1 over Canada on each shoulder in brass with two pips. All buttons are present and are CAMC pattern. Cuff cuffs and collars and dark brown body to uniform. Officers collars on each side and one tiny moth nip on the back collar. The British Journal of Nursing says she was at #2 General Hospital.
