One of the side round pads is marked Hotze And Sons 1918 and the other is marked Rock Island Arsenal 1918 with something else under it. No an expert on WW1items so please view all pictures as they are a part of the description. Good size wear spot on the back of the seat (last picture). May be one pad missing on the bottom of the saddle ( picture 10) The leather is still flexible but is starting to get hard. Some normal wear and scratches especially to the bottom. Marked 11 inch seat on the horn plate. Very hard to find piece. No international shipping. Selling as found and as is with no returns.
