This is an excellent example of the M 1917 American Doughboy Helmet post WW1 used by American troops in the Philippines, Battle of Corregidor, Wake Island up to1942. The anti-glare finish, leather liner, chin straps and painted brass fasteners are in very good condition. Stamped ZA 197 on inside rim, initials G H on leather liner.
