Here I have a very nice old German or French Cavalry Hussar jacket. I was told this is called a Dolman. I am not sure if this is German or French.Also, I am not certain of the tome period. Is it WW1 or pre war? Maybe 1880\'s 1890\'s?There is a tailor tag in the inside pocket for Cahn & David of Dusseldorf. It shows Theater-Costum Fabrik. This jacket is a QUALITY piece. The buttons are hollow back and therefore have no manufacture mark. It is a SMALL size. 17\" underarm to underarm, 14 across the shoulders, about 20\" shoulder to cuff. The lining is worn on both sides in the front and lessaround the bottom. The wool is solid and I see no mothing. The braid is top quality and in great condition.

I am selling most of my 40 year collection. Much of it has not seen daylight in at least 30 years. If you do not think you will remember the end of the sale try salesniper.
