Here’s a nice original German WW2 Military Pocket Watch in working condition.
Made by DOXA and the case and back shows wear,scratches with some light corrosion.I have not cleaned this and will leave it up to the winner to decide. It was professionallyserviced by anexperienced and certified horologist / watch technician a few years ago. The spring was replaced andis running very well. Has the DH number on the lower back. I am not able to open it as I do not have theproper tools. Watch face is very clean, hands are in excellent condition.
DOXA is an old Swiss watch manufacturer started in 1889 in Le Locle, Switzerland and it’s still in business today.
They made high quality timepieces and also clocks for the automobile and aircraft industry.

A commoninterpretation of the \'D\' code is that it stands for Dienstuhr \"Service Watch\" taken together \'DH would mean Service Watch Army (Heer).Soldier\'s pay book records indicate that the\'D code referred to the service branch that contracted for the watches.
