WW2 603rd Reproduction Bomber Squadron, 8th Air Force A2 Leather Jacket
This is a vintage Banana Republic A2 jacket with a one piece back. The 603rd patch is hand painted and the 8th Air Force and Army Headquarters patches are a combination of ink transfer and paint. Very stable. The jacket is factory aged and the \"theater made\" patches are styled to match. The jacket is in very good condition. No rips tears or stains. One slightly discolored spot on the left cuff. See photo. Have to mention it even though it is not really noticeable.Pilling on the knit part of the jacket. Please look closely at all of the pictures. Have to mention it even though it is not really noticeable. The size is 42 regular and it is pretty true to that fit, unlike the Cooper jackets which seem to fit smaller and tighter. This is a really good looking jacket and a tribute to those who served in WW2. This is not an original WW2 jacket but a reproduction. The patches were made by me. Please go by my measurements as different manufacturers vary.
