Here\'s an interesting one.

Original WWIIUS Army Air Forces / US Army Air Corps enlisted man \"Ike\" dress jacket.

It is not made of the usual enlisted men wool serge. It is made of Officer-like OD wool gabardine.

There is a Phila QM depot in the pocket, so it is not private tailor-made.

Maybe the OD wool gabardine was an approved color and material for EMs early in the war?

Late war cut-down style with large waist band.

Original sergeant sleeve rank patches, AAF shoulder patch and engineering specialist cuff patch.

US and AC screw back collar discs.

Button down closure with zipper.

Identified on the lining and on the tag to Oscar H BRANDT.

Good condition. A few small moth holes on the back. Some light moth damage on the sleeves

Size unknown. About a size 36R.See measurements below.
