The comic is from my private collection and was stored air tight and in upright position in a protective rigid plastic comic cover.I have collected these since 2003 ( first Walking Dead) . All my comics are in pristine and perfect condition. Never read and meant to add to your private collection.Since I am not a professional grader, I leave it up to you how much you want to offer. Please have a close look at the photo\'s and make your own grading. I myself would think it is 9.4 or higher.
