This is a wonderful piece of Disney history. Walt Disney Productions Society Dog Show Original Painted Celluloid from 1938. As you can see from the pictures it is in wonderful condition in its original frame. You can see what looks to be either water damage or possible come glue. Not sure what that is along the side.
