Condition: FINE+It\'s hard to find these square bound books from this time period in nice condition and while I feel that they need to be judged by the same standards as any other comic meaning this a midgrade book, it\'s certainly a nice copy for the time period with excellent paper quality, rich color, nice gloss, a tight spine, and the most notable flaws being minor edge wear which can be seen in the scans provided. The interior cover is off-white and has a faint tan line along the top edge.The interior pages show virtually no signs of aging and have great color and are in overall excellent condition. So while not a highgrade book, it\'s certainly in rare condition.

If you plan to CGC your book, please note, I can never guarantee how another grader will grade a book.Once a book is sent to CGC you are taking on additional costs.This isn\'t a situation I\'ve yet run into, butif the book were to come back at a lower grade and you were to return the book after having it graded, I can\'t cover those additional costs and I don\'t want to leave an open ended window in the time an item can be returned. My suggestion is that when you receive your book you inspect the book carefully. If need be, have a knowledgeable friend or professional look it over as well. If you don\'t think the book is the grade listed, send me a message within 14 days and we can negotiate a return in which case I\'ll cover all shipping costs.
Because most of the items I sell are collectibles I pack your order so it will be protected and will arrive to you in the condition it was listed as. For books I ship either in a box with packing paper for protection or in a heavy-duty cardboard mailer. Regardless of which method I use I provide internal protection inside to keep the book from rubbing or bumping corners. All comics are bagged and boarded. Other products may be packaged differently but all are packed to be secure and protected. I\'m frustrated myself when I buy a collectible that arrives with damages due to inappropriate packing, which sadly occurs more often than I would hope for. So I take great pride in being reliable in my packing.
