A beautiful ladie\'s pocket watch by the American Waltham Watch Company, with an early 1881 serial number, only 29 years into a 105 year production history. Open face, 15 jewels, the crystal shows no obvious signs of surface scratching. In excellent working condition, needs only a light cleaning as seen in photos. The porcelain face is undamaged and the applied gold decoration and hands still shine bright. It lacks the ring over the crown, can be easily replaced. The case is by the Philadelphia Watch Case Company, gold filled and guaranteed for 20 years. It has a d-ring at the 6 o\'clock position for attaching to a fob or a ladies dress pin.
