Walther WWll German P38, 8 round pistol magazine
Up for offer is a low number Walther P 38 magazine. The has the serial number of 224a on the front bottom of the foot .The number I believe refers back to a military WaltherAC41 model P38pistol .
Some surface rust,scrapes,wear from storage as might be expected after 70 years +.
Should clean up well. I\'ve never used this, so it has been sitting in a drawer for a little over 20 years since I bought it from an estate.
Amazing also that on every part there is the 359 waffenamp. The only part I could not find one was on the spring, and that might be just because of my eyes….you might have better luck!
Don\'t think it is very scientific, but loaded it up with 8 rounds of 9mm, and each round ejected well with just a push of the thumb with no problems that I could see.
The spring seemed strong to me, but again keep in mind the age of this item. A new spring, cleaning ,oiling,general maintenance might help it function in your pistol better. May or should work in a P1So this is being sold used , as is, where is
