This character appeared only ounce from the classic warner brother\'s cartoon show inthe 90\'s. She\'s alsoa caricature/parody of her voice actressJulie Brown.Thesegment for the episode was called \"Just Say Julie Bruin\", and was actually a parody of Ms. Brown\'s MTV Music Video show \"Just Say Julie\".
Fun fact: Julie Brown later became the voice of \"ANIMANIACS\" character Minerva Mink.
The first set comes with the cel showing her red silhouette/segment title with background print. Which were first used to introduce the segment. The other set shows the character herself in a half shot over the background print of her home. Both cels have small strips of tape on each corner to help stick to the background prints. They were never removed when I first got them years ago. But should remove easily. Each cel bares an official stamped logo reading Warner Brother\'s Animation Art/Production Art Copyright 1997. No COA\'s however.
