We are not supplying the seal(s) needed to finish the filling system. The seal was originally cork, but modern repair people use a variety of substitutes (we use the rubber washers from Vintagepens.) Please don\'t buy this part if you are not familiar with the process of repairing a Waterman safety pen, we can\'t coach you on how to do it, and we can\'t give you a refund if you break any of these fragile parts.ConditionThese parts have been used, but we have carefully examined them for cracks and problems. We have assembled and disassembled the barrel, and can confirmthe parts fit properly. There are some scratches on the end piece, and the turning knob, probably caused by tools during the disassembly process. The imprint is worn but readable, and there are a few light scratches on the barrel.

First Class Mail shipping is free to all US addresses.
