Here is a stately Wedgewood dinner plate in the classic Columbia Powder Aqua pattern W3995. This piece has a turquoise and gold floral centerpiece medallion plus the gold griffins and flourishes characteristic of the Columbia design applied to the wide colored band. Here we have yet another variation on the Wedgwood Columbia line popular throughout the 20th Century.

When I say rare I mean RARE!!! So far I\'m unable to find a single replacement house with a piece of this pattern.Pricing isbased on its age, conditionand (lack of) availability.

In addition to enlarging your dinnerware service if you are lucky enough to have one this plate is perfect for mixing with many other china patterns. On the bottom of the dish is marked with the green Wedgwood grecian urn logo and the words WEDGWOOD BONE CHINA MADE IN ENGLAND. Underneath the pattern number W3995 is handwritten in gold. NOTE: If you are collecting pattern number R4634 they seem identical. I can only guess this is an earlier edition of that pattern number. This is an older marking plus, as you can see in the last photo there is a gold rim on the backside of the plate both of which justify the VINTAGE description.

This piece measures in at about 10 3/4 \" in diameter or 27.4 cm. There are no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs and no indication this is anything other than first quality china. After close inspection there may be a few stacking marks but there don\'t seem to be any utensil marks so I would say this is in EXCELLENT, PROBABLY UNUSED condition.
