Here is a terrific Halloween Party ideas booklet published by ‘Sigman’s Mile Hi Quality Skinless Weiners’ in Denver, copyright 1955 by the Visking Corp. Filled with bright orange and black litho printed ‘Weeny Party Decorations,’ and ‘Halloween Recipes and Games’ including a party menu featuring “Skinless Frankfurters (Grilled or Steamed with Jack O’Lantern Carrots’ and a ‘Frank-Wich’ as well as six games such as the ‘Clothespin Jump’ and the ‘Ghost Race,’ this piece is a wonderful piece of advertising from the 1950’s!
There is a small B printed on the front of the piece under the witch and above Sigman\'s. If you open the booklet and hold it up to the light there is a pin prick size hole in the center. There are no other folds, and the creases are sharp. The paper has darkened a little with age. There is very, very minimal edge wear to the piece. There are no tears or rips other than on the bottom of the fold, about 1/2 inch as you will see in the photos.
Unfolded, this piece measures about 18 inches by 13 inches and is folded in half, and then in half again to produce a booklet printed on both sides which measures about 6.5 inches by 9 inches. Truly unique and I imagine quite rare!
