We have used this timeshare consistently for family vacations for over 10 years. The kids loved it, but are older now. The Welk Resort has improved the quality of this resort pretty consistently. The location is actually Cathedral City, which is in the center of the Palm Springs area. Look at a map to check it out.
We love this place, just have no need...
A few details from questions: The maintenance fee is $907 for one week per year. This is the only fee for the property.This includes day use at any Welk property.The only other fee I can think of is RCI exchange for $239. This is only if you are going to exchange your week with one of their 4000 resorts.
