"Jim Ponter, a realist sculptor, studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts under Walter Hancock.
He worked for 20 years as an illustrator of books, magazines, and editorial newspaper art. Seeking a career
change, he began working on the sculpture staff at the Franklin Mint, creating many of their most popular
series, retiring as their chief sculptor in 2002 after 31 years."

Father\'s Estate Collection
Our father passed away in 2007. He enjoyed collecting a variety of Native American look art, handmade crafts,
fine pewter sculpture, pins, sports memorabilia, pins, knives, antiques and much more. We are gradually selling
everything to help fund long term care for widowed mother. We will do our best to accurately describe and
photograph all items. Care will be taken in shipping.
