Rare White Milk Glass \"RecliningElephant\" Pattern Mini Oil Lamp with Chimney circa 1900.
The Brass Burner Thumb wheel is marked : \"P. & A. Mfg. Co.\"
Old Chimney is Fine-Cut & Polished Smooth on the Top & Bottom edges.
Stands 3 1/4 inches High from base totop of collar, overall 8 1/2 from base to top of Chimney.
Weighs 10.5 Ounces. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks, and burner wheel and wick fullyfunctional
Has been part of our collection for over 15 years. We purchased from a famouscollector who had sold his vast collection thru a Registered
sale house. But it is time to thin out our collection.
Only a few of the famous specialty lamps were produced at the turn of the century... The Santa Clause, the Log Cabin (Clear glass) and the
rare Milk Glass Reclining Elephant. This is a piece of history which is hard to find...
