Wildfowler Red Breasted Merganser hen and drake pair. Hand carved and beautifully hand painted with glass eyes. Missing the Wildfowler stamp, but the stamp for the species and gender is there as well as the artists initials on the underside of each beak. The drake is 11 5/8\" long x 4 1/2\" across x 4 3/4\" long.... the hen is slightly smaller at 11 1/2\" long x 4 1/2\" across x 4 1/2\" tall. Very good condition with a very small amount of chipping of the paint at the tips of the beaks and the points of the crests, but no significant blemishes that hurt the display appearance of either one.
