I don\'t sell 3rd and 4th hand very used Indian junk jewelry purchased by the gram from pawn shops to sell for next to nothing on the internet. I sell quality items at fair prices.

The Bill family has produced many outstanding Navajo artists, and Emerson Bill and his wife, N*o*r*a, are probably the most famous. While occasionally they work together under Emerson\'s hallmark, N*o*r*a also works under hers as well. Both Bills are noted for large and often heavy superbly stamped bracelets with complex and intricate symmetrical designs.

This highly detailed buckle with an old pawn finish features three separate design techniques -- overlay, stamping, and repoussé. The old pawn finish mimics the appearance of naturally aged sterling silver so this particular buckle\'s finish a little darker and not as shiny -- much like the Hopi brush finish. The buckle\'s top and bottom scalloped edges are hand stamped with deeply impressed miniature sun and rain storm designs with each center one featuring a stamped sunshine design above.

The complex center design consists of two large three dimensional repoussé sunbursts with a diamond shaped repoussé with radiating sun rays in the center. Hand stamped miniature sun and cloud overlays and two large hand stamped corn field designs at the top and bottom surround this diamond repoussé. On either side of this center diamond design as well as along the both short side edges are deeply impressed mountain designs and at the four corners of this diamond design are whirling logs that form a ketoh design commonly found on bow guards.

This buckle is domed for greater strength and measures 3\" wide and 1 and 5/8ths\" in height. It will accommodate a belt up to but absolutely no more than 1\" in width.
