ARTIFACT:This is a “flasher” badge with ribbon for the 1953 Dwight D. Eisenhower Inaugural Ball. The badge was made by Pictorial Productions Inc. and shows alternating images when tilted back and forth.

VINTAGE:Circa 1953.

SIZE:Approximately 7-3/8” in length and 2-5/8” in width.

ATTACHMENT:Horizontal safety-style pin on bracket.
