Wonderful Antique 19th Century Meissen Porcelain Lamp of Seasonal Cherubs:

Gorgeous Meissen porcelain lamp of two baby cherubssitting in the center; the cherubs are unique because one is the Cherub is representingsummer while the other is the Cherub of Winter. The quality and workmanship throughoutthe entire piece is excellent and extremely well made. The porcelain is definitelygenuine Meissen late 19th Century. The lamp may have been an oillamp originally but was later converted into electric. The details on thecherubs is unbelievable and extremely attractive. The lamp has been professionallyrestored in some areas. The base has been restored on one side, the top of thelamp as also been professionally restored. The flower pedals are chipped hereand there which is very common for genuine antique Meissen. The height of thelamp is 15 1/2 inches tall with the base measuring 5 ½ inches across.
