Perfect for the Doctor, Surgeon or Medical Professional in your life, this is fabulous example of an antique English Apothecary cabinet in wonderful condition.
The cabinet is made from a beautiful flamed Mahogany with a flush inset brass military / campaign handle; the box comes complete with a working lock and key.
There is a \"secret\" compartment at the back which is where the \"Poisons\" were stored, these are almost always missing, but this box has the bottle intact.
The doors open to reveal a really wonderfully complete box with two drawers fully fitted drawers.
Excellent condition (with wear and the odd bottle chip commensurate with age) measuring 9\" x 7 1/2\" x 10 1/2\" tall.
