I live with parrots, so people are always giving me parrot jewelry as gifts. But I live with parrots and tend to wear them in the house...on my head, on my shoulder, talking in my ear...so I tend to not wear parrot jewelry. This is a fun necklace, carved in wood. 28\" long, with a carved wooden 4\" parrot. Luckily, the necklace neither talks or squawks or bites you when it\'s annoyed. Unlike my two.All week long I will be listing a lot of jewelry; I\'ll add new jewelry each day. I used to buy a new necklace and earrings to match each outfit...so I have a million necklaces and earrings I never wear. I have an entire huge dresser full of jewelry, so listing will take awhile. Friends have been giving me jewelry to list for them, too. I am a potter, not a jeweler, and I don\'t remember where I got some of the jewelry; I shop at art shows, , indie craft shows, so I will tell you what I can see but I don\'t know the names of the different stones. I bought by color and to match outfits.
