You are offerding on two 100% wool hand woven throw cushion covers measuring 13 in x 18 in each.

The back on both covers is 100% cotton with a velcro opening to insert the pillow or stuffing.
The velcro on both covers is complete and clean.
No snags.
Colors are not faded
The patterns are hierogliphics possibly from the Oaxaca region and they reminded me of the Native American petrogliphs of my home here in the Southwest.

THESE WERE HAND WOVEN IN THE STATE OF OAXACA MEXICO and are approximately 22 years old. Purchased directly from the women who made them.
Since they are 100% wool, the threads are thick and heavy.These are quality cushion covers that reflect the care and quality of material that was used to make them as a hand woven art.
Compare the colors of these cushions to the modern day color schemes used in similar 100% wool hand woven Zapotec Cushion Covers.
The Black/Turquoise pillow cover has never been used. The weave is solid, no tears, snags or spots and the back is clean with no tears, spots or holes.
The green/orange/yellow cover has been used previously. The front is solid weave with no tears, snags or spots. The back is a bit soiled and there is a small hole measuring approximately 1/8 inch. ( see photo). Dry cleaning the cover could remove the soil, and a quick stitch could repair the hole.Please look at photos carefully and ask questions before offerding. I do my best to describe items but I may miss something that is important to you.
