Rotary dial in good condition, very clean- no burn marks. The Wurlitzer Model 3031 wallbox came out with the Wurlitzer 1015 jukebox in 1946. This wallbox along with a Wurlitzer 218 adaptor (adaptor is not included in this sale) and the correct cable allows remote record selections. No stepper needed. Works with W jukebox models 1080, 1100, and 1015. (Adaptor and cable are not included). 5 cent one selection Sold as is – has not been tested .
