I\'m not really sure if this is German or what. I will leave that for you to decide. If you know anything about it please let me know. It is about 6 1/2\" tall 3 3/4\" wide and the hole is about 13/16. It does have a couple cracked welds on it that you can see in the last two pictures. Sorry no shipping outside US.
