Up for sale is a unique WW2 ARMY/NAVY E PENNANT AND TWO ARMY GARRISONCAPS.

The ARMY/NAVY E PENNANT was presented to companies that exhibited excellence in production of war equipment.

A triangular swallowtail with a white border, a capital E within a wreath of oak and laurel leaves.

One side of the pennant in red marked with ARMY and the other side of the pennant in blue marked with NAVY.

Made of cloth it does have a few issues. Colors are a bit faded and a bit of frazzle on a few areas of the cloth.

Also what I believe is some brown water spots on front and back. Small piece of Flag missing on bottom of Flag.

The Flags presented to the companies were much larger than this smaller pennant. I think this pennant was maybe presented to individuals.

Measures 14 inches in length not counting the end tassels and about 6 1/4 inches at the widest point.

Included with the pennant are two army GARRISON CAPS that were issued to the troops during WW2.

The cap with the blue piping was issued to the infantry and the cap with the red piping was issued to the artillery.

Both hats could use some cleaning.

A nice collectible set of WW2 memorabilia. Very suitable for framing.
