A very nice WW2 British Army Royal Engineers Officers Service Dress Cap with original officers George V1 bronzed cap badge with blades and original officers leather chinstrap with itschinstrapGS buttons

Has a small ink mark ? under the crown ( not visible when worn ) otherwise overall very nice complete condition...please refer main description and photos.

Comes complete with its original \" Moss Bros \" Convent Garden London.

Comes complete with the four breather eyelet holes at the back of the cap characteristic of 1930\'s caps,

Would say that although the badge is genuine WW2 and a perfect fit; and the GS chinstrap buttons are genuine WW2 or pre WW2, both the and chin strap buttons are replacements.

Comes with its culluloid sweat protector on interior crown which appearscomparatively new andwould say has been added at some post WW2 period.
