This is for a WWI REPRODUCTION 1916 style #2 EGA( Eagle, Globe and Anchor) This is an excellent REPRODUCTION of a classic Marine Corpsinsignia.

The EGA was the insignia the Marines would havebeen issuedfor the campaign hats as well as the overseas hat.Sometimes they were afixed to helmets.

Overseas this was the only hat insignia that made them stand out from theArmy.This EGA is a perfect replica down to the brass screw back. I have sold many items at military shows, reenactments and toMarine Corps Veterans.

My repro badges havebeen on display in museums and can be seen in the Marine Corps Quanticomuseum,with no complaints, just excitement. This EGA will fit on a helmet if needed. The last picture shows it affixed to a helmet.(helmet not included)
