WWII Sword

WWII vintage Japanese Military Officers sword with a 27.5” original length blade, 33“ overall with ornate brass handle with wire wound rayskin grip. Blade is about .780\" deep by guard, has a fuller and tapers in thickness from hilt to point. Includes original steel scabbard with flaking plating. No scabbard dents.

Top of handle is signed, see pic. No other visible markings on sword or scabbard.

Sword is in good condition. Blade shows minor wear, but is straight with original edge. Handle is tight. Sword slides smoothly into scabbard.
