WWII U.S. Navy/Marines NAF 1092 Leather Flight Helmet. Very nice example of WWII U.S. Navy issue flight helmet. Also used in training by Marine paratroopers.Size 7 1/4. Externally looks near new. Inside chamois lining has some soil and wear. Missing chin strap. Rear center goggle strap split (see photo). Should be an easy repair. VG-VG++
