There is a resort directory in each unit with special instructions and a lot of helpful information. Phone numbers, resort activities, area activities, local restaurants, etc.

The winning offer is all you pay to seller.Payment must be made 16 days or more before the check in date. There is a parking garage across the street from the resort for a $16/day fee. You need to have a major credit card to check in ($150 deposit will be put on hold and released when you check out), but nothing will be charged to it unless you make long distance calls or charge something to your room.

When the sale is complete and payment is received, I will call Wyndham and have the reservation put in your name and a reservation confirmation will be emailed to you. If you have any other questions, I would be glad to help in any way I can. You are not required to take a tour or attend a sales presentation.

I will need a name and address to put on the reservation. Once this name has been added, it cannot be changed without an additional fee.
