We are proud to sale off this marvelous vintage Navajo silver buckle. This rectangular shaped buckle is done in a realistic pictorial of Native American with his horse and wagon traveling across the southwestern plains in the bright sunshine - with the beautiful mountains in the not too far off distance. The details of the horse, wagon and mountains, its picture perfect framing designs, the carvings within the dark background - all coupled with the convex surface of the buckle itself - really make this quite an impressive work of art! It will fit belts 1-3/4\" or less. Sterling silver. Signed by Navajo artist, J. Nezzie. The buckle measures around 3\" x 2-3/8\". Cir. 1970\'s+. Sturdy 50 grams.
