These handcrafted and individually numbered pens of the Maestro series are made of solid brass and are painted using a hand held spray gun, in order to create a unique color overlap that resembles an intensely burning flame. Then the surface of each pen is thermo-baked, which turns the paint into beautiful hardened enamel. Finally, it is topped with multi-layers of clear coating for added protection and manually polished to provide a silky smooth finish. There are no two pens alike because the spraying of the paint on each pen is also a manual process, and each pen has a slightly different color overlap pattern. All metal parts including handmade pocket clip are solid brass with 18-karat gold plating and are hallmarked. The pen has a screw-on cap.
