This is a Zeiss Aerotopo Stereoscopic Vision Test Chart with Geometrical Design. The lenses are in great condition. The casehas creasing on the top pf the flap, and the strap to tuck it in has torn off. There is some tape on the back where it looks like it was tried to be fixed. The card and directions are included. The card has wear and tearing on the edges, but as you can see from the picture the designs are complete. The directions are complete, but significantly creased on the edges. I didn\'t unfold the directions because they are sticking a bit, and I didn\'t want to tear them. Please e-mail with any questions.
