Click to View Image Album Antique black hard rubber fountain pen embossed \"PAT\'D 1884 MAY 23 1899. WATERMAN\'S IDEAL FOUNTAIN PEN N.Y. USA and AUG 4, 1903\" on side edge. End of case embossed \"0852V\". There is unmarked carved floral gold band around cap.
PEN HAS REPLACED NIB, not original, nib is marked \"CONKLIN 3 TOLEDO\" and there are some scratches around top of pen, below the nib and above the threading for cap. Otherwise I see no problems. I have not tried to open, I have not checked inside of pen or mechanisms, and will assume damaged/missing/or with problems because I have no idea. The case with cap on looks excellent. No cracks, no wear on gold band, no other visible damage to cap or main body of pen case. GUARANTEE ALL MY MERCHANDISE IS ALWAYS 100% AUTHENTIC. Please consider pictures as part of description.
