Good working 5 shade fixture with bronze finish I believe, I think it is made by markel and is original in my 1935 home. This is a five shade model in beautiful condition. I also have the 3 shade match to this fixture it has 3 slipper shades with one shade slightly different that could be replaced if you wish. These were used in dinning\\ living room match.
