This unique item is the guard from an antique sword. It appears to be made of bronze. Comes with two little metal collars that would have fit at the ends of the sword\'s handle. The guard is aprox. 5 1/4 by 1 3/8 inch. This item is used and has wear. It has a dark oxidized patina.
