IT IS A GREAT PAINTING AND QUITE OLD . THERE IS A DATE 2 DIGIT DATE BELOW THE SIGNATURE, BUT I CAINT DECIFER IT. THE PAINTING HAS A LOT OF HAZING AND COULD USE A CLEANING, BUT IS IN GOOD SHAPE FOR THE AGE. WITH THE FRAME IT MEASURES 36 IN BY 30 IN.
