The pen is in poor condition; it measures 5.6 inches in the closed position. There are fine scratches and a deep ring at the end of the barrel from posting the cap. The barrel shoulder and blind cap have a few chips. The trim ring has some plating loss. The gold plated trim is good, with no plating loss or dings, but the cap has a concave dent on the top. The Touchdown-Snorkel filling system has been properly repaired and the pen fills as designed. The 14k Triumph nib is a fine point; it’s been adjusted for smooth writing and proper ink flow; it\'s lost all of it\'s platinum plating, it doesn\'t look like it plated as there\'s no plating on the backside either. The imprint is poor.
