Attractive transfer decorated platter dates to circa 1910 and shows the influence of Art Nouveau. In the \"Delphi\" pattern and made by Gibson & Sons, Burslem, Staffordshire. Measures 11\" by 8\". Gibson & Sons was founded in 1885 and continued in business until c1970. They\'re best know as a maker of teapots.
