A sterling silver bread tray by Gorham. This oval piece features a flat well, ribbed sides, and pointed ends with pierced motifs. It is marked of the underside with the three Gorham pseudo hallmarks of a lion, anchor, and Gothic ‘G’ and “Sterling A8047”. It also has the retailer mark for Harris & Shafer Co. of Washington, D.C. (active 1870-1938). The approximate weight is 7.795 ozt.Condition Fair, please see photos for complete assessment.
