Lull and Porter hinges are the most economical way to hang shutters.Each set includes 4 hinges and 4 pintles, enought for one complete window. They are made of unfinished heavy cast iron. When opened, the hinge settles in so that it can lock the shutters open or closed.Various offsets (throws) are available to allow for many architectural conditions.
