Presented is a superb antique Chinese brass bowl. This piece dates to the late 1800s or very early 1900s. The bowl is made in a wide, shallow form, beautifully hand engraved around the sides with two Chinese dragons. The center of the dish has a Chinese character against a stippled texture background, inside a wavy border.

The bowl is stamped \'China\' on the reverse.

This piece is in great overall condition. There are some spots of oxidation here and there, but nothing excessive or atypical. There are no splits, no dents, no breaks, and no repairs.

The bowl measures about 13 ½ inches in diameter and stands about 3 inches tall.

The bowl weighs 2280 grams, or 5.04 pounds.
